Production Process
Raw Material Preparation Section
The raw materials of autoclaved aerated concrete are mainly calcareous materials containing calcium oxide (lime/cement), siliceous materials containing silica (fly ash, sand, tailings, other solid wastes, etc.), aluminum powder paste and other additives. Generally, the sand needs to be processed by ball mill, made into slurry. The prepared slurry is stored in the mixing tank.
Panel Production Reinforcement Preparation Section
The automatic reinforcement saddle frame cycle system can ensure the efficiency of steel mesh cage assembly and recycling work, so as to improve the production efficiency of the whole plant.
Pre-curing & Cutting System
After pouring, the mould with slurry is transported to the pre-curing room, where chemical reaction of the slurry results in rising and formation of porous green cake in the mould. Then the green cake will be cut to the required dimensions of products and the six sides of the cake will be cut to smooth surface by the cutting system.
Autoclaving Section
After cutting, the green cakes are grouped before autoclave, and then sent to autoclave for autoclaving with high temperature (200 ºC) and high pressure (1.2MPa). The autoclaving time is about 10~12 hours. The steam in the autoclave can be reversed to each other to realize recycling and save energy consumption.
Fully Automatic AAC Packing Section
Automatic AAC packing system can realize the packing with pallet or without pallet. The pallet specification can be 1.2mx 0.6m, 1.2mx 1m ,1.2mx 1.2m, 1mx 0.6m, the height of stacking can be 1.2m, 1.5m, 1.8m and 2.4m.
Central Integrated Control System
Central integrated control system can automatically judge the equipment status and working conditions, digitize the operation and maintenance production process, and integrate fault alarm diagnosis and troubleshooting system to assist maintenance personnel to quickly eliminate faults and restore the operation of the production line.

The AAC production technology of KEDA SUREMAKER is based on years of successful experience and innovations. To ensure the highest-precision cutting of AAC block/panel, the cake is cut in an upright position in our plants. On this basis, we offer two production technology concepts with vertical cake autoclaving and flat cake autoclaving.
