Raw Material Preparation Section
The raw material preparation section provides stable material processing and storage for AAC production. It directly affects slurry quality, formula stability and final product performance.
The batching and pouring section controls material dosing, mixing and casting accuracy. Stable batching and pouring help improve green cake quality and reduce production fluctuation.
After pouring, the green cake is pre-cured until it reaches suitable strength for cutting. The cutting section determines product dimensions, surface quality and production efficiency.
Autoclaving is a key curing process in AAC production. Through controlled steam curing, AAC products obtain the required strength, durability and dimensional stability.
After autoclaving, AAC products need to be separated, grouped, transferred and packed. A reliable separating and packing system helps reduce product damage and improve finished product handling efficiency.
AAC panel production requires reinforcement preparation, anti-corrosion treatment, reinforcement positioning and reliable handling. This section is essential for stable AAC panel quality.
